Email & SMS Campaign Manager

GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a Email & SMS Campaign Manager to join our dynamic marketing team to manage and optimize email and SMS campaigns that drive customer engagement and growth. This role requires a keen attention to detail, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to craft and execute effective marketing strategies across email and SMS platforms.

The Schedule:

• 9 AM - 6 PM EST 

The Role:

• Build, test, QA, deploy, and monitor emails and SMS, including automated journeys.
• Design and implement experiments, including A/B tests, for campaigns and journeys.
• Apply email and SMS best practices to enhance deliverability and engagement.
• Track performance metrics and optimize content for continuous improvement.
• Configure dynamic content and segment audiences effectively.

The Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in email marketing.
• Proficiency in Klaviyo and Attentive platforms.
• Experience building and deploying SMS campaigns.
• Knowledge of Google Sheets and Slides for performance reporting.
• Light HTML/CSS skills to troubleshoot and update email content.

The Compensation:

• ₱65,000 to ₱75,000/month
