Summary:


Under minimal supervision, responsible for providing remote sales support operations to a diverse, cross functional team of sellers and support leadership teams. Supported programs include but are not limited to  Re-seller, licensee, Franchise custom offerings, Agency accounts, and limited National services. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Enter Reseller Program Clipp and Valpak orders to CPQ.
  • Process Cross-selling Franchise Clipp orders. Manage Order changes, artwork deadlines and processing artwork. 
  • Consistent communication with test franchise markets to ensure deadlines for order and art are known and met.
  •  Processes all non-automated sales product orders for Valpak & Clipp, amendments, art, and production changes through systems ensuring quality control against ISP policy, production rules, program adherence, Intermarket matrix pricing
  • Operational support for Key account services, providing systems entry, art processing and production deadline information for Valpak and Clipp products. 
  • Facilitates communication between departments and privately owned franchisees, including production and the market sales team, through all phases of the sales order process, including, but not limited to, contracting (CPQ), artwork, printing, insertion, critical deadline, and mailing processes. 
  • Multiple lines of communication, including phone, SF Cases, and email with multiple sales groups.
  • Keeps abreast of business rules/policies, products, and programs as published in the Production Handbook, Spark, and corporate communications.
  • National Sales Liaison for remnant CPQs/art case management.
  • Performs related work and additional duties as needed or required.


Education/Experience:

Minimum 3 years' combination of operational, customer service, and general business management positions in a deadline-driven sales environment. Minimum 2 years experience in a client relationship or high- volume order-processing environment with knowledge of various system applications. Salesforce knowledge (sales, distribution & case modules) preferred.
