Your mission
Leadership Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational priorities and mid-to-long-term plans aligned with the company strategy
  • Communicate plans transparently, monitor team performance, and ensure delivery of results through KPIs and metrics
  • Empower, coach, and develop team members to reach their potential, fostering a strong team spirit and culture of trust
  • Lead change initiatives, enhance processes, and promote innovation and collaboration across teams and departments
  • Represent the team in interactions with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring visibility and recognition
  • Manage team budgets and resources effectively, aligning with strategic objectives

Functional Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage headcount, recruitment, and resource allocation for timely feature delivery
  • Participate in technical decision-making to ensure the delivery of high-quality products
  • Monitor team productivity, ensuring adherence to agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the system roadmap and operational processes
  • Oversee multiple data production teams to meet operational milestones and maintain a customer-centric approach
  • Ensure team motivation, performance, and alignment with quality and innovation goals

Your profile
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable role with leadership responsibility
  • Solid understanding of the technology market
  • Academic degree in the area of IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Experience in the “Credit Reference Agency” sector is a plus

Professional and methodological skills
  • Proven expertise in creating and executing actionable plans to achieve goals
  • Proficiency in monitoring tasks and projects using KPIs and metrics
  • Knowledge of workflow optimization and continuous improvement processes
  • Strong analytical skills and decision-making abilities
  • Technical expertise in product development and data production
  • Experience with agile development and sprint resource allocation
