This is a pivotal position for our team; internal and external customers, who is focused on supporting the program and its growth.

Responsibilities

Provide Liaison Officer management such as, supervise and track program readiness (equipment, personnel, scheduling, configuration etc.) communicate and support internal and external resources (staff, facilities, and equipment) 

Operational Oversight:

• Ensures that orders and directives from the customer are implemented effectively.
• Supervises logistics, and operational flows.

• Manages schedules, personnel matters, and coordination between departments.
• Acts as a liaison between the customer and subordinate leaders or staff. 
• Advisor to the Customer:
  • Provides input and feedback to support decision-making.
  • Often steps into authorize tasks, and procurement.
• Maintain program analytic dashboards and budget reports. 
•  All other duties assigned. 

Qualifications

• Able to spearhead a diverse range of tasks needed for the program or customer. 
• Must demonstrate a respectful demeanor to all team members, management and the customer.  
• 4+ years' experience coordinating tasks and managing resources to achieve project objectives and requirements within cost and schedule constraints.
• Experienced debriefer.   

Preferred Qualifications

• DoD contract experience. 
• Experience as a lead. 
• Military trained and a Veteran. 
• DoD TS/SCI Clearance.
• Project management type of certification 
• Knowledgeable of the guidelines provided by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), DoD 5000 series, and Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 801 policies.

Clearance:

Education & Experience:

• 4+ years’ of direct relatable experience as described under responsibilities. 
• BS/BA or higher degree in Engineering, Finance or Business. 
• In lieu of a degree, 4 or more years of relevant experience may suffice.

Location:

• Aberdeen Proving Grounds, and Linthicum Heights, Maryland. 
• This is a hybrid remote position based on the government customer’s approval. 
• Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.  Schedule flexing is available with the PM’s approval.
