Here in Consumer & Shopper Engagement, we support all LEGO sales and brand experiences with a world class consumer service, handling all multi-channel contacts in a way that lives up to the expectations of the LEGO brand. This is not an ‘ordinary’ contact center as you know!

The CSE Training Specialist role will create Fun, Reliable, Knowledgeable and Engaging training experiences through systematic execution of our global training strategy. A high priority for this role at the start will be supporting our newest CSE location in Tempe, Arizona, through leadership and training. This is a permanent role, in support of CSE Academy.

Until we permanently open our new LEGO office in Tempe in August of 2025, you will work both remotely from your home location in the Phoenix area and occassionally be asked onsite at training facilities. Once our office opens, you will still be able to flex and work from home for up to 2 days each week as part of our hybrid working model called "Best of Both".  We ask that you live within commutable distance to Tempe, AZ to apply for this role.  

The selected candidate must be in the Tempe office at least 3 times a week, sometimes more if training facilitation requires it.

Tentative start date for this role will be in or around March of 2025.

  • The Training Specialists will be making decisions on when individual feedback for Advisors (both critical and positive) will be given to their immediate managers
  • They will at times be given access to confidential information for individuals, such as personal information that Advisors may share with them during their learning experiences, and they will need to treat that information accordingly
  • The Training Specialist will, at times, be given access to confidential business information, such as products that have not launched, and they will need to treat that information accordingly

Core Resonsibilities:

  • Expert usage of instructional design methodologies (A.D.D.I.E), to design interactive and diverse learning journeys and/or training experiences for face to face and virtual classrooms that appeal to all learning styles and check learning retention along the way.
  • Own full end to end process for global training projects and larger CSE projects.
  • Deliver face to face and virtual training that is engaging, supportive and facilitates strong learning transfer.
  • Digital learning design using authoring tools such as, Articulate Storyline, Rise and Vyond
  • Strong stakeholder management, collaboration and communication with areas of CSE.
  • Training material and process maintenance.
  • Strong collaborative working relationship with counterparts across the globe
  • Support the evaluation of training needs for the NA CSE employees.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Minimum 3 years experience in training adult learners
  • Prior experience and expertise in instructional design and training material content creation (both face to face and virtual training)
  • Experienced and proficient skill in eLearn authoring tool Articulate Storyline
  • Working in a global organization will have you occasionally working early or late meetings or trainings outside of normal working hours
  • Be able and willing to go into the Tempe office 3 times a week at minimum
  • Adept at developing strong working relationships with colleagues and other teams across the business, all over the world
  • Brings a creative, innovative and change ready mind to the training atmosphere
  • Has a continuous improvement mindset and is ready to challenge the status quo while always striving for improvement, innovation and acting on those ideas
  • Has experience and basic skill in maintaining a learning management system
  • Has experience and basic skill in Power BI

The salary for this position has a range of <$60,000.00 - $85,000.00> based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The definitive compensation may vary in alignment with the selected candidate’s professional background, experience, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
