Job Description:

  • Implement Dynamics CRM solutions leveraging out of the box capabilities, configuration, and customization
  • Design, develop and implement effective Dynamics CRM/365 integrated solutions and applications alongside development team
  • Configure the company Dynamics 365 systems to specified requirements
  • Review current Solution layering and propose best practices and other recommendations
  • Develop and execute plan for managing scalability, build pipelines and source control
  • Extend MS Dynamics 365 functionality with plug-ins (.NET, C#), workflows, and web resources (HTML, Javascript)
  • Develop and modify existing REST API (Node.js, Typescript, Express) to interface with Dynamics from customer facing applications
  • Create data backup, recovery, and retention policies
  • Create and maintain technical documentation to reflect new applications or enhancements to existing applications
  • Research complex problems, find optimal solutions and implement them considering best practices.
  • Build and implement functionally accurate and modular application programs.
  • Formulate unit tests to test application software to ensure that a program's functionality matches its specifications, business requirements, and the organization's programming standards.
  • Manage and support the maintenance of systems developed in-house, including troubleshooting, defect fixing, change requests, designing, and implementing sound solutions.
  • Regularly coordinate or participate in discussions with the Product Delivery team and IT Operations team to develop and maintain applications or enhancements that meet business needs.
  • Provide technical expertise for software applications, architecture, and systems design.
  • Actively participate in product design reviews by providing creative and practical ideas and solutions.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Education and/or Training:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Dynamics CRM certificates are considered a plus

Relevant Work Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in web application design and development
  • Minimum 3 years of developing solutions using Dynamics CRM/365 platform
  • Minimum 3 years of developing solutions using Typescript
  • Expert Experience with Dynamics CRM/365 SDK and plug-in development and integration using Dynamics CRM/365 API
  • Experience implementing build pipelines and source control for solutions with Git and Azure DevOps
  • Breadth and depth of expertise in a technical or functional area; knowledge of work processes and tools is generally limited to own area of responsibility or department
  • Reviewing and improving analytics processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and security
  • Experience in automotive or leasing industry a plus

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $81,210.00 - $117,760.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
