As a Product Analyst in our Renters business group, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Product Management team. Your responsibilities will include analyzing market trends, understanding customer needs, and evaluating product performance. You will work closely with product management leadership to execute the product vision and roadmap. Additionally, you will serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and the Product Management team to ensure alignment and effective communication.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
Reporting and Documentation: Create and maintain regular reports on product performance, market trends, and customer feedback. Update and maintain product and release documentation, including release notes and system guides.
Product Support Materials: Develop, refine, and document product support materials such as visual collaboration documents, workflows, and specifications for various end-consumers.
Data Analysis: Track the success of implemented solutions through data analysis.
Project Prioritization: Analyze needs and prioritize projects/initiatives to align with product goals. This includes identifying customer problems, defining and prototyping solutions, developing user stories, monitoring and communicating ticket status, QA, and release coordination.
Market and Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitive products and market trends to provide insights on market positioning and product differentiation. Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to implementing best practices within the product management team.
Regulatory Compliance: Initiate all regulatory filings and ensure compliance with all relevant agencies.
What are the requirements needed for this position?
A minimum of 2 years of P&C (Property & Casualty) product and policy coverage knowledge and analysis.
Advanced Excel expertise and proficiency in MS Office and database programs.
Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills with a high attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing global work environment.
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
SQL experience is highly desired.
A bachelor’s degree in insurance, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
Strong relationship-building skills, including the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize work to meet tight deadlines with a high sense of urgency.
An inquisitive nature and the ability to seek out information.
Strong organizational skills.
How much should I expect to travel?

Pay Range:
$63,400.00 - $105,800.00
Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
