We invite a Business Analyst to cooperate with the Enterprise and Game Solutions Unit. We are working with such domains as Gaming and Gambling, Automotive, Business Process Management Automation, Fintech, HealthCare, and others. There are projects of different sizes catered for various markets, including Europe and the USA.

Job Description
  • Elicit business requirements using interviews, document analysis
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from underlying true need
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to analyze information needs and requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: vision documents, software requirements documents, use cases, and user stories
  • Successfully engage in multiple projects/assignments simultaneously
  • Serve as the conduit between the internal and external stakeholders and the software development team through requirements flow
  • Manage and maintain requirements from inception to retirement, assess changes, drive requirements prioritization and approval
  • Participate in new bid preparation (technical and commercial proposals for new projects) and other company activities, such as interviews, performance reviews, workshops, etc.  

Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst 
  • Strong analytical and product management skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into functional and quality requirements
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies with hands-on experience managing user stories, sprints, and backlogs
  • Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools for managing Agile processes and documentation
  • Demonstrated success in excelling within a fast-paced, global environment while effectively managing multiple priorities
  • Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Getting things done oriented
  • Fluent level of English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
