REQUIRED SERVICE: Business Support VA

SHIFT TIME ZONE: CST
SHIFT HOURS: between 9am to 5pm
SHIFT DAYS: Monday to Friday

Client is an insurance agency specializing in personal lines, including auto insurance, as well as commercial lines. They are seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to support our operations and enhance client interactions.

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with billing inquiries.
  • Follow up on clients who have missed payments.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
  • May involve outbound calls to collect payments.
  • Engage with clients in both English and Spanish (bilingual required).
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • No specific accounting or billing background required; general administrative experience is sufficient.
  • Familiarity with communication tools such as RingCentral.
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Agency Zoom and management systems such as EasyLinks, is advantageous but not mandatory.
Skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and multitask.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with technology and willingness to learn new software.
