Customer Interaction Representative Benelux (1 year contract)

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and dynamic individual to join our Customer Interaction (CI) team as a Customer Interaction Representative. In this role, you will be the go-to person for our valued customers in the Benelux, providing exceptional service and ensuring their business needs are met. This role is based in Diegem and as you work in a Benelux team, you're expected to go to our offices in Hoofddorp 1 day/week.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage and Interact: You will be the orchestrator of the service relationship, serving as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts. Through effective communication, you will analyse account history, understand supply needs, and optimize orders and product deliveries
- Customer Satisfaction: Your focus will be on providing outstanding customer service. By promptly addressing customer requests and seeking feedback, you will ensure their satisfaction levels remain high. Your keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills will enable you to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
- Collaboration and Influence: Working closely with our Commercial and Supply Chain teams, you will play a vital role in influencing product take and delivery timing to achieve financial targets. Your insights and updates on customer accounts will contribute to informed decision-making and improved customer prioritization
- Continuous Improvement: We value your ideas for enhancing operational efficiency and the overall customer experience. You will have the opportunity to identify areas for improvement, implement process enhancements, and drive positive change
- Support and Mentorship: As an experienced Customer Interaction Representative, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of our team by assisting in onboarding new colleagues and providing function-specific training. WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
- 1-3 years of operational experience in Customer Service, Commercial, Logistics, or Administration
- Exceptional Skills: Customer focus, results orientation, communication, collaboration, agility, relationship and conflict management, and decision-making are key competencies we value in our team members
- Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with IT systems and tools, such as SAP, SalesForce, EDI, is preferred. Your ability to adapt and leverage technology will contribute to your success in this rolek
- Language skills: Fluent in English, Dutch and French
