Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst Data Analyst (BA/DA) to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will combine the analytical expertise of a Data Analyst with the strategic and process-oriented skills of a Business Analyst. You will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support business decisions and drive process improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, business acumen, and a proven track record in leveraging data to inform business strategy.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Collect, clean, and analyze large sets of structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
    • Design and implement data models, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making.
    • Interpret complex data findings and present them in a clear and concise manner for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Develop automated reports and performance metrics to monitor business operations and KPIs.
  • Business Analysis:
    • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across departments, understanding business needs and objectives.
    • Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
    • Create business cases, process flow diagrams, and other documentation to communicate findings and proposed solutions.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, translating their needs into actionable data strategies.
    • Collaborate with IT teams, data engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy.
    • Facilitate regular meetings with business stakeholders to review findings, gather feedback, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Recommend process improvements based on data analysis and business needs.
    • Identify trends and areas where business strategies can be optimized using data-driven insights.
    • Support the adoption of new data tools and technologies to enhance analysis capabilities.
