Position Summary

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for harnessing data and analytics to drive business success? We are seeking a Head of Insights Capabilities Delivery, Business Intelligence & Analytics to lead a key function within Strategic Insights team and the Analytics Center of Excellence. This role is instrumental in advancing analytics capabilities, integrating business intelligence tools, and delivering actionable insights to empower decision-making across the enterprise.

As a senior leader, you will define and execute strategies to maximize the value of data and analytics capabilities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional leaders, promote innovative analytics solutions, and drive business impact through scalable, data-driven approaches.

Your strategic vision, operational expertise, and ability to inspire high-performing teams will enable the organization to advance its journey toward becoming a fully insights-driven enterprise.


Responsibilities

  • Strategic Enablement: Lead the development and delivery of enterprise analytics capabilities, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and long-term strategic objectives. Champion business intelligence and integrated analytics as enablers of decision-making and innovation.
  • Capability Development: Design and implement scalable analytics solutions, focusing on business intelligence tools, dashboards, and advanced analytics platforms. Drive adoption of analytics capabilities across the organization.
  • Insights Delivery: Translate complex data into actionable insights that address key business challenges. Deliver compelling, data-backed narratives to inform enterprise decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data engineering, data science, and AI teams to align on goals, improve data accessibility, and enable impactful analytics solutions. Collaborate with business leaders to embed analytics into operations.
  • Analytics Maturity: Advocate for analytics best practices and foster a data-driven culture. Establish frameworks and processes to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency in analytics delivery.
  • Executive Communication: Present complex analytics concepts and insights to senior executives with clarity and impact. Serve as a trusted advisor on data strategy and analytics.
  • Innovation Leadership: Identify and implement cutting-edge technologies and methodologies in business intelligence and analytics, including AI-driven insights and predictive analytics.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team of analytics professionals, fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

 


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy leadership roles, with a demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business impact.
  • 5+ years of experience managing teams, with a focus on scaling analytics capabilities and driving enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced analytics platforms.
  • Proven ability to translate data into compelling insights that drive action and decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications in analytics and experience integrating these capabilities into business workflows.
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and building enterprise-wide analytics capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution.

Pay Transparency

Salary Range:  $155,000-$267,500 

Overtime eligible: Exempt 

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes 

Sales bonus eligible: No 

 

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
