Back to Basics Learning Dynamics is seeking candidates for daytime Science teaching for the 2024-2025 school year. This opportunity is perfect for retired teachers looking to still make a difference in the lives of students or for teachers who want to work from home on a full or part-time basis.
Type: Fully remote, teaching full classrooms of high school students
Schedule: Daytime hours, with a schedule between 30 and 35 hours weekly 7:15 - 3:00 p.m. EST
Description/Clientele: High School Students
Specific Subjects: Chemistry
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of teaching, excluding student teaching, of grade level being requested. This can be in person experience but must have minimm 2 years of teaching virtually, not including during COVID.
- Will be teaching 11th grade Science. Expertise in this subject matter is required.
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
- Must have experience in and proficiency with written documentation regarding lessons and student progress, as well as assignment grading.
- Must have a sincere passion and interest in helping students succeed
- Must have reliable access to both internet services and devices featuring a camera & microphone
- Must have experience teaching in a virtual capacity
- A Teaching Certification (from any state) is required
- You will be Teacher of Record for this position
