Analyst, Corporate Communications

Location:

Richmond, VA: This position will follow a hybrid work-from-home/office model, with at least three days per week spent in the office.

Role Summary:

This position reports to the Manager of Corporate Communications. This position is responsible for commercial communications with internal and external customers, GHQ, and other ONE Regions. Duties will include reviewing, creating, and distributing commercial-related advisories. Internal communication and collaboration between M&C divisions and all other NA ONE divisions. External communication will focus on commercially essential information, programs, and advisories concerning and or impacting ONE’s customers.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Monitor key Marketing & Commercial issues for internal and external messaging content. 

  • Assist in creative design and execution of creative materials. 

  • Support adherence to ONE’s brand guidelines.  

  • Assist with the support and coordination of company participation at industry events. 

  • Participate in and help execute employee engagement projects and initiatives.

  • Assist with the planning, creating, and scheduling of social media content. 

  • Execute regional website maintenance, updates, and publishing of advisories.

  • Help maintain departmental dashboards to monitor performance, engagement, and execution across various platforms.

  • Support order fulfillment and management of customer/employee promotional items. 

  • Participate in drafting messaging for customer and media consumption in collaboration with other stakeholders.

  • Provide guidance on best practices for customer communications, website postings, and social media usage.

  • Help create promotional strategies through digital and print marketing to promote ONE services and product offerings.

  • Identify areas of improvement for customer/ commercial communications and develop and propose possible solutions.

Core Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and written communication skills

  • Understanding of general customer communication and how to disseminate information effectively.

  • Willingness to take direct guidance while being lean & agile to shift focus easily.

  • Capacity to work on multiple assignments simultaneously.

  • Ability to collaborate cross-departmental to assist in communication or project initiatives.

  • Available for extended hours and travel, as needed.

Function-Specific Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to work cooperatively with other departments, including other regions.

  • Understanding of industry and ONE processes and changes that could potentially impact customers.

  • Proficiency in ONE Business Intelligence Tools such as Data Studio, Eagle Plus, Opus, and Cognos, including metric design.

  • Proficiency in Google and or Microsoft Office Applications.

  • Educational or professional experience in communications.

  • Knowledge of email distribution and reporting.

5+ industry-related
