As a Project Manager at Epicmetry, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities:

Manage and lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
Develop and maintain project plans, including tasks, schedules, dependencies, resources, and budgets.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and issues, and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met.
Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status meetings, and client presentations.
Provide regular updates and reports on project status, including any changes in scope, schedule, or budget.
Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process enhancements.
Collaborate with the product development team to ensure alignment and prioritize project deliverables.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced tech environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address project challenges and conflicts.
Adaptable and flexible mindset to thrive in a rapidly changing and evolving business environment.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
PMP certification is a plus.
