Job Description

The next Technical Consultant for Logility will be responsible for enabling client value realization metrics using Analytics while designing and implementing the automation framework in a way that makes it more intuitive to use and sustainable based on the solution requirements. The will need to be able to anticipate, identify, and mitigate project risks associated with system run-time performance and infrastructure resources while creating relevant documentation for orchestration process and data mapping. The Technical Consultant will need to update project plans and activities in Smartsheet each week, serve as the primary point of contact for technical tasks within projects, and collaborate with Managed Services and R&D teams to enhance automation and scheduling. 

Our next Technical Consultant will need to do all of this with passion and an insatiable focus to Make Our Customers More Successful. They will need to have accountability and lead with integrity while following through on all commitments. They will own the role and outcomes without shifting accountability to others (extreme ownership). This individual will need curiosity and will think creatively and constructively about delivering value-based outcomes seeking to continuously improve processes while being flexible/adaptable to challenges. Finally, they will need to prioritize teamwork and optimizes communication, workflow, and team harmony to be successful with our Customers, Partners, and Company.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Analytics, T-SQL, PowerShell, and data mapping process
  • Familiar with delivering projects in both Agile and Waterfall methodology
  • Comfortable working in Consulting environment where it is fast paced and working with multiple projects concurrently
  • Outstanding customer facing skills and have the urgency in delivering customer requirements
  • Have a good level understanding on how supply chain works and its metrics to support appropriate Analytics 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is preferred
  • Travel requirements (approximately 25% of the time)
