We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scheduling renewable energy projects using Primavera P6. This role is critical to ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our projects, coordinating with various stakeholders to maintain project timelines and budgets.
How you can make an impact:
· Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for EPC renewable energy projects using Primavera P6.
· Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather project information and update schedules.
· Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues, providing solutions to keep projects on track.
· Prepare and present schedule reports, including critical path analysis, to project teams and management.
· Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
· Assist in the development of project plans and resource allocation.
· Conduct regular schedule reviews and updates to reflect changes in project scope or timelines.
· Support risk management activities by identifying scheduling risks and developing mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in EPC project scheduling, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
· Proficiency in Primavera P6 is required.
· Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
· Strong communication and presentation skills.
· Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
