Essential Job Functions:
• Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance strategies to ensure product and process compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Supervise a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance and support in meeting quality objectives.
• Participate in quality control activities, including inspections, testing, and audits, to maintain product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality standards, policies, and procedures.
• Support the analysis of quality data and metrics for continuous improvement.
• Assist in preparing for and participating in external regulatory inspections and audits.
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records and documentation.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
• Proven experience in security, risk, and compliance
• Proficiencies in quality assurance and risk management
• Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Other Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
• Professional certifications in quality management or related areas, such as Six Sigma Black Belt, Green Belt, or Certified Quality Manager (CQM) a plus
