They are seeking an experienced HubSpot CRM Specialist to enhance their CRM capabilities and implement efficient workflows and automations that streamline operations and support business development.

Location:

Fully Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Optimization: Manage and optimize the HubSpot CRM platform to ensure it meets the needs of the business and enhances customer interactions.

  • Data Reporting: Develop and manage comprehensive dashboards and reports within HubSpot, providing actionable insights to support strategic decisions and improve business outcomes.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest HubSpot features and best practices, implementing enhancements to maximize the platform's value to the organization.

  • Client Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to develop and execute HubSpot strategies that align with their business objectives.

  • HubSpot Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they fully understand how to utilize HubSpot to enhance their business operations.

  • Implementation and Customization: Customize HubSpot solutions according to client needs, including setting up and optimizing CRM, marketing automation, sales automation, and customer service hubs.

  • Client Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and support to clients, empowering them to effectively use HubSpot for their business needs.

  • Performance Optimization: Continually assess and optimize the performance of HubSpot implementations, ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes.

  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and manage advanced dashboards and reports to track client progress and results, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Seamless Automation Integration: Through your efforts, automations and workflows are flawlessly integrated into daily operations, reducing manual tasks and improving operational accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in HubSpot: Extensive experience with all facets of the HubSpot platform, including CRM, marketing automation, Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub, with experience across both Pro and Enterprise products.

  • Previous Experience: Ideal candidates have either worked at a HubSpot agency handling multiple accounts or at HubSpot itself.

  • HubSpot Integrations: Familiarity with common HubSpot integrations like GoToWebinar, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Vidyard, Zoom, WordPress, Stripe, PandaDoc, DocuSign, QuickBooks, etc.

  • Proven CRM Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, to support business processes.

  • Analytical Proficiency: Strong capability in developing and managing reports and dashboards that translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically about CRM utilization and its impact on business operations and growth.

  • Collaborative Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple departments to integrate CRM strategies.

  • Adaptability: Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements, able to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
