Position Overview
The Sr. Manager, GTM Strategy and Execution reports directly to VP, Customer & Commercial to support the development and execution of Customer demand generation, engagement & Go-to-market initiatives to drive new customer acquisition and retention for UVC veterinary hospitals. This is a pivotal role between developing the customer strategy and working with marketing vendors for execution along with hospital operations and clinical teams to drive outcomes. Driving customer digital transformation efforts to build the foundation for go to market is a key facet for the role to deliver on. Sr. Manager, GTM Strategy and Execution will need to understand the competitive landscape, market trends, and voice of the customer, and will use these insights to identify opportunities for growth. This position will promote accountability, execution transparency, and a strong focus on the results to drive the successful realization of a portfolio of customer growth initiatives. This position will lead a cross-functional team over which it does not have direct administrative authority. This position is expected to independently lead these teams through the successful development and execution of strategic plans and tactical imperatives to support the business plan for veterinary services. This role is primarily remote, with an expectation of 10-15% travel for meetings.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop customer strategies to drive growth within UVC hospitals
• Develop and execute on the Clinical / customer calendar (a.k.a GTM calendar)
• Develop plans to grow active customer base through tactics (e.g. promotions, messaging) to drive customer acquisition and improve customer retention
• Primary agency liaison day to day for all channel marketing activations across the fleet of locations
• Optimize and continuous improvement on funnel, Customer journey, media spend CAC
• Internal field liaison and comms on all GTM activations not limited to promotions, website updates, content, other customer projects
• Develop marketing briefs driven by customer insights and expected business outcomes for the campaigns in the GTM calendar
• Influence location level opt out and buy in decisions for Customer projects, leveraging the regional leadership team
• Data and reporting for success metrics on reputation (reviews and ratings)
• Work extensively with the data and analytics teams to provide success reporting for initiatives
• Support social media activations through the agency as needed by the locations
• Develop content with clinical partnership for seasonal messages
• Customer reminders and ad hoc email sends for weather or unforeseen events
• Interact professionally and effectively through verbal and written communication with all professional contacts with emphasis on company interests. Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required, assigned and directed.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5-6 years of experience in management consulting, product management or marketing related work preferred
• Experience in veterinary services preferred
• Expert communication and interpersonal skills, must be able to run meetings and work streams with cross-functional partners
• Proven track record of leading initiatives, getting cross-functional alignment and hitting goals
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Compensation:
• Salary range $110,000-$135,000
Physical Requirements:
• Frequent work at a computer for 90-100% of the time.
• Frequent to moderate noise level in the work environment.
• Frequent ability to carry our instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form to solve problems involving several variables.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch as well as manipulate (life, carry and move) up to 15 pounds.
