Intro

Carbmee is an enterprise software company headquartered in Berlin, with offices in Berlin and Munich. We provide a cloud solution that enables companies to analyze, manage, and reduce their carbon footprint, measuring our success by the greenhouse gas emissions our customers reduce.

We're seeking a driven Field Marketing Manager in Berlin, Munich, or remotely within Germany to lead our field marketing efforts, with an emphasis on physical or virtual events and webinars as well as integrated multichannel campaigns featuring premium content pieces and play a vital role in advancing our mission.

Your Mission - Orchestrate impactful integrated campaigns across existing and exploratory channels, to elevate the Carbmee brand and demand generation efforts.

Your Role - As a Field Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth and elevating brand presence by leading and executing regional marketing strategies across DACH and broader Europe. As an integral member of the marketing team, you will own the end-to-end field marketing efforts, from crafting quarterly plans to hands-on execution, always with an eye for detail and design. You’ll collaborate closely with the Growth and Digital Marketing teams and partner with local Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure campaigns effectively reach the right customers with the right message, driving meaningful impact and measurable results.

Sounds exciting? Then apply below including your CV and portfolio/website and join us on our mission to achieve net-zero!
Your tasks

Sponsored Events & Tradeshows

  • Research and identify relevant industry events and tradeshows to target key audiences in the DACH region and broader Europe

  • Coordinate logistics, including booth design, materials, giveaways, and staffing plans to ensure a standout presence

  • Collaborate with sales teams to schedule on-site meetings and maximize event ROI through lead capture and follow-up strategies

  • Track and report on event performance, analyzing lead quality, engagement, and conversion to refine future event strategies

Owned Events

  • Plan and execute company-hosted events such as webinars, executive roundtables, roadshows, or satellite get togethers that engage target accounts and stakeholders

  • Develop content themes and collaborate with internal teams or external speakers to create valuable and compelling programming

  • Oversee end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, attendee registration, agenda creation, and post-event follow-ups

  • Partner with customer success teams to showcase customer success stories or case studies at events

  • Leverage owned events to strengthen relationships with existing customers while driving new lead generation opportunities

Integrated Campaigns

  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns tailored to our ICP, combining digital marketing, email, social media, and offline touchpoints

  • Partner with the ABM team to create account-specific campaigns targeting key prospects and customers

  • Create marketing assets, such as ebooks, blogposts, landing pages, email templates, and brochures, to support campaign execution

  • Measure and optimize campaigns by analyzing performance data and implementing insights to improve engagement and conversion rates

Your profile
  • A degree in marketing, communications, media or similar

  • First experience in field marketing, event marketing or marketing communications in a B2B SaaS environment

  • Strong communication skills and an eye for details and design

  • Comfortable engaging with customers directly, and open to occasional business travel

  • Fluency in German and English

  • Positive, open-minded, and creative personality with a proactive approach and a self-driven work attitude

  • A supportive team player with a strong work ethic, eager to learn and work independently as well as in a team environment

  • You are passionate about business sustainability, carbon emissions management, and decarbonisation strategy development in alignment with Carbmee’s mission and vision

  • You work well in diverse, hybrid teams and you are excited to join our international team either in Berlin, Munich, or remotely in Germany
