We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced GDPR Senior Consultant to join our Legal team!

The successful candidate will provide expert advice and guidance on data protection and privacy matters, ensuring our clients' compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant data protection laws. In addition to that you are expected to help with employment and corporate law.

As our new Senior Consultant, you will: 

  • Conduct GDPR compliance assessments for clients, identifying gaps and recommending corrective actions

  • Develop and implement GDPR compliance frameworks and data protection policies

  • Advise clients on data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) and data subject access requests (DSARs)

  • Support clients in responding to data breaches, including investigation and reporting

  • Advising on employment law and corporate law matters

You are our perfect candidate if you have:

  • A bachelor’s and master’s degree in law

  • 2 years of relevant work experience

  • A strong curiosity and commitment to staying updated with legal developments

  • A proactive approach to teamwork, along with reliability and responsiveness

  • Excellent spoken and written skills in both Lithuanian and English

  • Exceptional legal drafting abilities

  • Strong drive, time management skills, and the ability to make decisions and prioritize tasks independently

The monthly net base salary for this position ranges from 1800 to 2300 EUR. Actual compensation depends on candidate qualifications, skills, and performance.
