Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Identity Governance and Administration: Designs, implements, and manages identity governance frameworks using SailPoint ICS. Ensures that user identities and access controls are maintained accurately and securely across the organization.
  • Access Management: Configures and manages user access policies, ensuring that employees have the appropriate level of access to systems and data. Implements least privilege principles and conducts regular access reviews.
  • Automation and Integration: Develops and manages automation scripts and workflows to streamline identity and access management processes. Integrates SailPoint with other systems and applications to ensure seamless identity lifecycle management.
  • Compliance and Auditing: Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to identity and access management.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Provides technical support and troubleshooting for SailPoint issues. Works with IT and security teams to resolve identity-related incidents and implement preventive measures.
  • Design and Implement IAM solution and tools to manage R1’s expanding cloud identities and SaaS application footprints.
  • Work with application owners to integrate application security and application roles with centralized IAM IDPs.
  • Work with Offshore teams, stakeholders, Vendors for IAM governance tasks and activities.

Skills and Experience:

  • 5 years of experience with SailPoint Identity Now (ICS).
  • Understanding of modern authentication solutions using SAML/OAuth/OIDC
  • Knowledge of Directory services such as LDAP, Microsoft Active Directory, ADFS
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Familiarity with Workday and ServiceNow
  • This role will be required to work in flexible shift timings supporting US business hours.
