Job description

Workiva is seeking a Highspot Administrator with emphasis on digital tool development and management. The ideal candidate will have experience with sales-focused SaaS productivity tools like Highspot, Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and others.

The candidate will become the primary administrator for our sales content and training tool, Highspot, and sit within the Global Sales Enablement team, which is part of Workiva’s Global Sales team.

The Highspot administrator will need to work collaboratively with stakeholders around the business at all levels. The administrator will also need to be comfortable analyzing data and reporting out to leaders within the different groups Highspot currently supports.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and optimize the Highspot platform to support the sales team in accessing, organizing, and sharing content effectively

  • Collaborate with sales enablement leads to understand their needs and customize Highspot to align with sales strategies and goals

  • Develop and curate sales content including presentations, collateral, and playbooks within the Highspot platform

  • Train sales team members on how to effectively use Highspot to enhance their productivity and improve sales outcomes

  • Analyze data and metrics within Highspot to measure content effectiveness, sales engagement, and identify areas for improvement

  • Continuously evaluate and update Highspot features and functionalities to ensure alignment with evolving business needs

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Highspot-related inquiries and support requests from the sales team

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and customer success to ensure alignment and integration of Highspot with other systems and processes

What You’ll Need

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in sales enablement or a similar role, with a focus on digital tools

  • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and related career experience

  • Highspot administration including development, implementation and deployment of overviews, spots, plays, global lists, governance, analytics, training and coaching

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge/experience with Command of the Message, Sale, and Plan sales methodology or equivalent

  • Knowledge and understanding of MEDDPICC qualification methodology or equivalent

  • Banking, financial services or cloud SaaS industry experience 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a comfortability to train and support sales team members

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office tools

  • Must have an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive actionable insights

  • Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage content effectively

Travel Requirements & Working Conditions 

  • Up to 10% Travel 

  • Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva office

How You’ll Be Rewarded

✅ Salary range in the US: $86,000.00 - $138,000.00

✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually

✅ Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire

✅ 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package
