  • Balance strategic planning with tactical execution to ensure the delivery of impactful products and features.

Collaborate and Communicate

  • Partner with data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders to align AI/ML capabilities with business needs.
  • Build strong relationships with portfolio company founders and leadership to drive collaboration and success.
  • Clearly communicate technical updates, progress, and challenges to investors, partners, and internal teams.

Who You Are

You are a visionary technical leader with deep expertise in AI/ML and software engineering. Your strategic mindset and operational skills enable you to build high-performing teams and drive impactful innovation in dynamic environments.

  • 10+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role and leading people.
