The Opportunity
As part of the Functional and Industry Technologies team you support data analysis techniques to assess source data structures, identify mapping requirements, and define transformation rules for data conversion into Maximo. As a Senior Associate you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain top standards. You focus on building client relationships, developing a deeper understanding of the business context, and navigating increasingly complex situations to deliver quality work.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 years of experience

What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Management, Management Information Systems, Management of Technology, Information Technology preferred
- Supporting data analysis techniques for Maximo
- Leading Maximo's modules and functionalities
- Identifying relational databases commonly used in Maximo
- Designing and implementing data extraction, transformation, and loading processes
- Showcasing understanding in SQL and database querying languages
- Supporting pipeline architecture and development
- Utilizing data cleansing techniques and methodologies
- Customizing Maximo options for data conversion requirements

The salary range for this position is: $84,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
