Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media & Sales Coordinator to combine the skills of social media management with proactive sales coordination. The ideal candidate will possess strong written communication skills, aesthetic judgment, and a personable, outgoing personality to connect with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Schedule and publish posts across platforms, particularly Instagram.
• Tag relevant stakeholders, engage with the audience, and monitor interactions.
• Maintain consistent branding and aesthetic quality in all posts.

Proactive Sales Coordination:

• Build and maintain client lists, identifying potential leads such as holiday events and large conferences.
• Develop outreach plans and execute follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Maintain organized records of outreach and follow-ups in the CRM.

Content Creation:

• Design high-quality promotional materials, including flyers, pricing guides, and email communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with branding and messaging.

Client Engagement:

• Develop and nurture relationships with clients and event professionals.
• Provide timely and engaging responses to client inquiries.

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

• Strong aesthetic judgment and attention to detail for client-facing materials.
• Proficiency in managing Instagram and familiarity with other social media platforms.
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to create engaging content.
• Experience in sales or customer engagement, particularly in events or related industries.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in live events, weddings, corporate parties, or similar industries.
• Experience with tools such as Google Workspace, QuickBooks Online, and WhatsApp.
• Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking sales leads and customer interactions.
