About the company:

We’re the UK’s leading TikTok agency, working with top brands across the world. We’re now searching for an Operations Manager to streamline our processes, manage resources, and ensure smooth project delivery from start to finish.

About the role:

In this role, you’ll oversee the operational side of our creative projects, ensuring everything runs efficiently, on time, and within budget. You’ll be the key link between creative, production, and account management teams, driving productivity and enhancing collaboration across departments.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Resource coordination: Handle daily staff assignments across multiple projects, balancing priorities and workloads.
  • Capacity planning: Collaborate with the business development and account teams to forecast resource needs and prepare for peak workloads.
  • Team efficiency: Track team utilisation rates to ensure resources are being used effectively while preventing burnout.
  • Freelancer network: Build and maintain a pool of freelance creatives and account managers, onboarding additional support as required.
  • Data analysis: Use tools such as project management software and spreadsheets to monitor resource allocation and project profitability, providing regular insights to leadership.
  • Process improvement: Continuously refine resource management systems to boost productivity and scalability.
  • Cross-team communication: Serve as the central hub for resource-related inquiries, ensuring clear and consistent communication across all teams.
  • Production logistics: Coordinate shoot preparations, including travel arrangements, equipment needs, and scheduling.
  • Budget oversight: Monitor project expenses and client budgets to ensure profitability.
  • Equipment management: Maintain the agency’s inventory, ensuring all gear is up-to-date and functional.

What you’ll bring:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in operations or resource management within a creative or marketing agency.
  • Proficiency with project and resource management tools (e.g., Notion, Slack, Google Sheets).
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities to balance team requirements with business objectives.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, solutions-driven approach.
  • A solid understanding of content production workflows.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience managing freelancers and working within a creative environment.
  • Highly process-oriented, with strong follow-through on tasks.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Familiarity with social media trends, especially short-form video platforms, is a plus.

What we offer:

  • Additional leave days:
  • Birthday, house move, or wedding? Take the day off without using your annual leave.
  • Learning allowance:
An annual £200 budget for books, audiobooks, and magazines to support your professional growth.

Although we’re a remote-first company, we offer access to co-working spaces in key UK cities, with many of our team based in hubs such as Birmingham, Manchester, Bristol, and Edinburgh.
