Job description

We are looking for a Marketing Admin Assistant to manage tasks such as updating Google Docs, inputting tickets, and performing data entry. The role also includes coordinating calendars, creating weekly reports, and collaborating with the Data Analyst using Jira.

The Role

Core Tasks:
  • Update Google Docs for offers as well as tickets
  • Input tickets for creative requests/retags, and update creative Docs 
  • Perform report administration/data entry
  • Liaising between executives and teams and coordinating calendars as needed
  • Assist with ad-hoc data entry tasks as needed
  • Creation of weekly templated slides for Exec Deck (to be done in conjunction with Data Analyst)
  • Weekly update of templated Google Sheet (to be done in conjunction with Data Analyst)
  • Utilize Jira
 
The Requirements
MUST-HAVES:
  • 2+ years experience supporting multiple executives / C-level teammates
  • Understanding of and experience calculating ROAS, CTR, CPM, and other important paid media KPIs and metrics
  • Basic to intermediate Powerpoint/Google Slides experience
  • Basic to intermediate Excel/Sheets experience
  • Experience with Jira or similar tool (can quickly learn Jira)
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
  • Familiarity with GMail and slack for internal comms 
  • Ability to work PST
NICE-TO-HAVE:
  • Calendar management and coordination (scheduling / rescheduling meetings, time-zone management, etc.)
  • Agenda management and meeting briefing (i.e. daily prep for meetings, key task reminders, pre-meeting notes)
  • Assist with small tactical doc prep (create and polish 1-pagers and small decks) 
  • Take meeting notes and create follow-up item
