Mission:

As a Senior Salesforce Architect, your mission is to lead the architecture and implementation of CRM-related initiatives, including Salesforce Service Cloud, B2B, and C2C commerce solutions. You will ensure that all solutions align with business objectives while maintaining scalability and integration efficiency across platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and implementation of CRM-related architecture, focusing on Salesforce Service Cloud, B2B, and C2C commerce solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business requirements, ensuring solutions meet these objectives.
- Ensure all solutions are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to best practices for integration with existing systems.
- Work closely with other architects and technical teams to facilitate cross-platform integrations and data flows.
- Conduct architecture reviews and provide guidance on CRM-related initiatives to ensure alignment with overall enterprise architecture.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and Salesforce innovations to recommend enhancements and improvements to existing solutions.
- Mentor and support junior team members in architectural best practices and CRM solution design.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in designing and implementing CRM solutions, specifically Salesforce Service Cloud, B2B, and C2C commerce.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and integration methodologies.
- Experience with cloud architecture and related technologies.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced English level.

Nice to Haves:

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Knowledge of additional CRM platforms and tools.
- Experience in data migration, data modeling, and data governance within CRM systems.
