The Opportunity

Sportskeeda is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented video editor who is a wizard at making good content look great with their skills! You’ll be at the front and center of creating short-form video content like Reels, Shorts, and more for the US Sports video team!

Location: Remote

Role: Contract

Key Responsibilities

Editing 8-10 short-videos daily for the US Sports domain, purely meant for vertical content
Converting scripts and briefs into video using prescribed video tools for editing, voiceovers, graphics, etc.
Ensuring prompt quality control with proper due diligence of the content with the reporting manager for a quality final product
Adhering to internal video editing guidelines as well as external content guidelines for publishing content across a variety of platforms

Requirements

1-2 years of video editing and production experience
1-2 years of experience in the video content team of a publisher (preferred, but not mandatory)
Knowledge of image / video editing tools across the Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
A hunger to produce great content from your assigned domain and the eye for detail in creating engaging videos
