Corporate Real Estate Senior Coordinator
As a Corporate Real Estate Senior Coordinator, your primary focus will be to support the delivery of exceptional customer experiences and create a vibrant workplace community in your office. You will work closely with the CRE team and follow the Four Keys standards (Safety, Courtesy, Community, and Efficiency) and the Operational Excellence Playbook. Your responsibilities will include supporting the smooth running of the office, organizing on-site events, delivering excellent customer service, and assisting with various CRE programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Support large location or Hub site to meet Operational Excellence standards and customer needs.
Conduct daily floor walkthroughs to ensure the site meets the Four Keys standards and Operational Excellence playbook.
Provide backup support to the Welcome Desk. Mange visitor access, sign-in, security badge processes, mail, deliveries, couriers, and notifications for food deliveries and shipments
Support the planning and delivery of CRE events to create a fun and engaging workplace community.
Provide hospitality moments around the office in line with CRE's One-Stop-Shop policy. Look for opportunities to create surprise and delight moments in the office.
Support the safety and security of the site, including implementing emergency response plans and serving as an emergency point of contact.
Promptly address customer tickets and answer questions related to the building and community.
Communicate site-related issues, events, or changes to employees using approved CRE communication templates.
Raise and manage purchase orders in compliance with CRE policy.
Support office moves, openings, closures, and change projects with minimal impact on customers.
Maintain office supplies and ensure the quality of work performed by vendors.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and collaborate with other functions and employee groups as needed.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in related field required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding interpersonal and multitasking skills.
Ability to take direction and seek clarification when needed.
