Job Summary:
As a Fulfillment Resolution Analyst at OneDigital, you will be responsible for performing member enrollment audits to ensure data accuracy in cloud-based benefits administration tools.
Duties:
- Complete audits in response to mismatches identified;
- Research and resolve root cause issues from Fulfillment/Quality Assurance Generalist (Tier 1 Staff);
- Work with carriers on retroactive, exception, or standard requests related to member-level eligibility;
- Make corrections into BenAdmin system to ensure that members are reflecting how they are enrolled with the carrier;
- Maintain documentation per workflows, procedures, and protocols;
- Provide feedback and guidance to business stakeholders based on audit discoveries;
- Serve as the single point of contact for resolution lifecycle;
- Ensure the protection and security of a consumer’s personal, confidential and identifiable information in a professional and responsible manner, according to the standards and requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA);
- Meet or exceed department goals as defined;
- Complete other duties and projects as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Driven, self-motivated, and upbeat attitude;
- Must be self-motivated and disciplined;
- Ability to remain calm and clear-minded in a role that directly impacts both revenue and client satisfaction;
- Strong knowledge of D365 and Excel. (V-lookups, Pivot tables, Advanced Formulas);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments at one time
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment;
- Must be able to handle high workload volume and meet demanding deadlines;
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required.
Required Experience:
- Current life and health insurance license, preferred;
- Minimum 2 years' cumulative experience.
The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $17.95 to $19 per hour.
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs.
