As a Vice President of Client Services on the Neighborly Customer Solutions (NCS) team, a typical day for you will include:
- Serve as the main executive interface with Brand Presidents and franchise owners.
- Develop and implement strategies that enhance NCS's value proposition.
- Oversee the onboarding, selling, and marketing of NCS services.
- Ensure efficient operation and delivery of client services.
- Lead efforts to optimize customer interactions and service delivery.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a culture aligned with the NCS culture of excellence emphasizing positive communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators, using data to drive decisions and improvements.

(Required qualifications)
Experience:
- A minimum of ten (10) plus years in Operations, preferably in a franchise and/or retail environment required
Skills:
- Strong understanding of the business landscape.
- Demonstrated experience as a team leader, with the capability to generate a vision, establish direction, and motivate team members to achieve set goals.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, proficient in persuading individuals at all levels both internally and externally.
- Strong people and influencing skills, adept at partnering with a dynamic leadership team and navigating matrixed relationships.
- Balanced and even-handed approach to problem resolution.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field. MBA is a plus.
