Job Description:

Parsons is looking for a self-motivated creative traffic coordinator to support our team and projects. In this role, you will oversee a diverse range of creative and branding projects, effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment, and react with appropriate urgency and thoughtfulness to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing a variety of creative and brand projects, such as digital and print materials, ad campaigns, social content, marketing videos, articles, script writing, copy editing, etc.

  • Coordinating project activities from start to end, including production schedules, intake calls, brainstorming sessions, creative briefs, draft reviews, and final file delivery.

  • Documenting project details in our project management system (Wrike), researching and gathering all necessary information, setting up tasks, assigning internal resources, and ensuring assignees understand the goals of each project.

  • Addressing obstacles that are flagged as impediments to moving a project forward in the workflow—such as missing information, delays, and pending approvals—in a timely manner.

  • Regularly communicating project status updates and progress reports to stakeholders and management and escalating potential issues to prevent bottlenecks.

  • Reviewing daily workloads and adjusting assignments as needed, ensuring appropriate talent is used and workloads are evenly maintained. Re-prioritizing tasks if needed to meet deadlines.

  • Managing a high volume of requests and projects at different stages in the workflow, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and personal goals are met.

  • Ensuring final project deliverables align with business objectives, meet brand standards, and are completed on time. Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

  • Responsibilities will also include some administrative support, such as taking meeting minutes, assisting with team expenses, ordering swag, etc.

  • Work schedule (EST) Eastern Standard Time

What Required Skills You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in traffic coordination or project management, preferably in a creative or marketing environment

  • Knowledge of creative processes and best practices

  • Proficiency in project management tools (Wrike or other PM platforms) and software (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, etc.)

  • Ability to approach new challenges with a can-do, enthusiastic attitude

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams

  • Proactive, creative problem solver, and highly adaptable

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and time management skills
