Job description

Responsibilities:

IDEMIA North America is seeking a Marketing and Events Intern to join the team for the summer season. An ideal candidate will be resourceful, organized, and have a keen attention to detail. The Marketing Team has a laser focus on driving growth for IDEMIA’s business and a go-getter attitude is a must.  The Marketing and Events Intern will support the team in developing and implementing tactical marketing programs in conjunction with Sales, Program Management, and external influencers such as user groups and industry trade associations. This will include events, promotional offerings, campaign creation and execution, marketing automation platform management and deployment, marketing operations support, and other key initiatives that drive demand and leads.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Support marketing team with designing, planning, managing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels to enhance pipeline and generate demand.
  • Prepare marketing brochures including writing, producing, and collecting information, then deploying comprehensive review process.
  • Research new methods for reaching and growing our audiences.
  • Collaborate with the internal design and operations team members, as well as external vendors on execution and asset development, when necessary.
  • Support large event exhibition schedule, rolling out comprehensive programs providing our prospects and customers with the information they need to make their business more secure.
  • For our Users Conference, support the creation of Conference assets like brochures, messaging, registration materials, programs, schedules, and agenda.
  • Coordinating and supporting virtual meeting management and web broadcasting.
  • Supporting our third-party event planning agency to optimize our event logistics.
Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Ability to clearly communicate and exchange information with co-workers, teammates, stakeholders, and customers, as required.
  • Comfortable managing projects from beginning to end and analyzing areas that worked, and areas for improvement.
  • Proficiency working across the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects at once.
  • Keen interest learning about marketing and event best practices.

Note: This is a hybrid role, you must be able to travel to the office.
