Mental health Therapist (Part-time, Evening Hours)

• Consistent Pay and W-2 Benefits: Earn $70 per hour, with payment every two weeks. As a W-2 employee, you’ll have income stability, tax simplification, and full malpractice insurance, all without exclusivity requirements. Plus, you’ll be eligible for yearly merit increases based on performance.
• Balanced Caseloads and Schedules: Select a caseload of 7-20 clients per week with session hours from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Friday—no weekends. Control your schedule without penalties for cancellations.

About the Role

• Deliver virtual, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
• Use data to drive effective, personalized treatment, and adjust your approach based on client progress.
• Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate.
• Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.

Requirements

• Licensed in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) 
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience with adults (18+)
• At least six months of teletherapy experience
• Willingness to pursue cross-licensing in other states (which we will support)
• Must be available to see clients during evening hours (4 pm to 9 pm), with the option to choose between 8 to 24 hours per week, with 85% of time in client sessions
• Proficient with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) for tracking client progress.
• Experience utilizing an electronic health/medical record system to document progress notes, treatment plans, etc.
