Join Our Team as a Remote Mental Health Counselor and Empower Others

Looking to offer vital mental health support from anywhere? As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you’ll deliver therapy to adults dealing with a range of mental health challenges. Work independently while being part of a team that fosters professional growth, client success, and overall well-being.

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 per year
Location: Remote

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct video therapy sessions with individual clients, focusing on achieving therapeutic goals through evidence-based methods.
  • Collaborate with a team of mental health professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care.
  • Use digital tools to assess and track clients’ progress, making data-driven decisions to adjust treatment.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT)) from an accredited program
  • Experience working with higher risk populations and/or adult population
  • Licensed independently as a Therapist, Counselor or Psychologist for at least 1 year
  • Preferably 2 years of recent experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions to individual adults struggling with a diverse range of mental health disorders.
  • Must welcome treating all populations, comfortable working with a diverse range of mental health disorders and committed to delivering culturally responsive care.
  • Tech-savviness and enthusiasm for integrating digital solutions into clinical practice
