We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Electrical Engineering Manager in our Facilities Department. Great opportunity to join a dynamic team, working collaboratively with other disciplines to achieve client and professional satisfaction. Project work is diverse, including both public and private sectors and in many different markets to include local, state and federal government as well as healthcare, higher education, senior living and multi-family housing. Our team philosophy embraces effective leadership and goodwill. A desire for professional growth and embracing new markets is highly desirable.  The right candidate can work remotely from any of our East Coast operations.

 

Responsibilities

  • Directs technical programs and projects of varying size, with overall program/project responsibilities.
  • Identifies and defines scope, techniques and prices for project proposals.
  • May supervise or manage assigned staff.
  • Works independently, using knowledge of industry and/or professional guidelines and protocols to accomplish goals and objectives and solve problems of diverse scope.
  • Ensures policies exist within the practice to consistently and accurately meet client and management requirements.
  • Manages major proposal coordination, preparation and technical assessment.
  • Oversees development of cost estimates.
  • Makes technical recommendations and decisions within project scope.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering or Electrical Engineering
  • Proficiency with Revit Modeling software

Skills and Experience

  • PE Licensure in multiple states is highly desirable.
  • LEED Certification is a plus 

Ideal locations:  Hunt Valley, MD, Falls Church, VA, New Cumberland, PA or Dover, DE
