All our roles are hub based (Bristol, Glasgow or London), providing a dedicated space for collaboration, connection and teamwork. You’ll also have the flexibility to work from home. Due to the nature of this role we're looking for candidates based in either Bristol or London who can commute regularly to our hubs.

This role in a nutshell:
As an experienced Integrated Producer in the brand and marketing team, you will be responsible for project managing and producing a broad range of content for the OVO brand. From small and tactical social content, email comms, cross channel campaigns to large scale brand shoots, drone footage and CGI. This role sits within the creative operations team, as part of OVO’s internal studio.
You’ll be a creative problem solver, calm under pressure, able to keep the team focused when timings are tight and maintain a brilliant standard of delivery. You will also be a process specialist, used to implementing best practice when it comes to studio processes from briefing through to approvals and feedback.
A creative and production background is key in this role. You’ll have heaps of experience in both photography and video production, as well as creative delivery. Ideally in-house and with agency experience too. This covers everything from supplier management through to timing plans to storyboarding, creative concepting, long form copy and post production. You’ll be required to produce work and project manage the assets required off the back of what’s captured. But of course you’ll have additional support if needed.
We’re keen for a Integrated Producer to bring with them brilliant contacts and partners they’ve worked with before, who may be able to inspire something new or innovative to the content we create.
Your key outcomes will be:
- Optimise best practice ways of working with our suppliers, your key stakeholders and within the creative studio
- Work with stakeholders to develop creative briefs, ensuring all tasks are clearly defined for the production cycle, as well as the studio creative team
- Day-to-day management and guidance of project progress, resource planning, management and coordination of all creative deliverables .
- Help manage the budget burndown of your briefing teams, guide them through the creative and production process and be a one point of contact for them
- Regular check ins with key briefing teams to discuss upcoming briefs, ensuring we have the right resource lined up to deliver them
- Identifying and managing stakeholders effectively, anticipating challenges, and developing plans to address risks.
- Deliver a sliding scale and versatile mix of cross channel projects as your bread and butter, using our workflow tool to support project management, communication, reporting and scheduling
- Production of shoots, CGI, content creation working with individuals and 3rd parties
You’ll be a successful Integrated Producer here at OVO if you…
- Have a track record in delivering creative work for Commercial and Marketing teams in ‘start up’ or ‘scale up’ fast paced, can do business.
- Have proven experience of supporting projects that are already moving and an ability to add value from day one. Specific experience of the project management of marketing and brand teams and their interface into wider (preferably digital businesses) is a must.
- Be process driven, with experience of implementing and improving day to day Creative Studio processes
- Be calm whilst working with levels of ambiguity and adept at bringing order and clarity into a team environment
- A real people person who develops powerful working relationships quickly and maintains them successfully
- An exemplary teammate, at their best when working within a collective to deliver a shared vision
- Energy and positivity; the person everyone wants to have in the room
- Organisation skills are critical - you will be coordinating multiple partners across multiple tasks from multiple projects daily
- Proactive project manager used to working to tight timeframes, and a problem solving producer who can creatively problem solve to get the most out of production budgets
- Experience of the utilities industry is a real plus

We’ll pay you between £45,000 and £53,000, depending on your specific skills and experience. If your expectations are a little different, have a chat with us!
