Loan Officer | Investment Properties

Career Consulting Partners has teamed up with a reputable mortgage lender that has funded over 5 billion loans and received more than 800 Positive Google reviews. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Mortgage Loan Officer specializing in real estate investment loans.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales and building client relationships. No prior mortgage experience or licensing is required—we offer mentorship to help you succeed and unlock your full earning potential. If you are an experienced loan officer this position will not focus on your traditional agency-focused loans. While these loans are within our expertise, we aim to be the top choice for clients considering real estate investment loans that do not adhere to traditional guidelines.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Conduct interviews with potential clients to assess their investment loan needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Stay updated on product guidelines to serve as a knowledgeable resource for clients.
Provide accurate loan rate, term, and condition quotes to clients.
Manage a pipeline of active loans and new prospects effectively.
Monitor progress toward sales goals and provide weekly updates.
Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to the mortgage banking industry.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

Preferred: 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service.
Strong ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
Self-motivated, driven, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work full-time with strong attendance.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer navigation skills.
Does not require a license or previous mortgage experience but it is welcomed
