3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on real estate technology preferred. Proven experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript. Strong knowledge of real estate software platforms, databases, and APIs. Proficient in web development frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, .NET, or Django). Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.

Core responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain software applications that cater to the needs of the real estate industry. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and translate them into robust, scalable solutions. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications. Integrate software solutions with popular real estate platforms, such as MLS (Multiple Listing Service), CRM systems, and property management tools. Develop APIs and interfaces to ensure seamless data exchange between systems. Stay updated on emerging real estate technologies and recommend integrations to enhance system capabilities. Work closely with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly interfaces that simplify complex real estate processes. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience. Optimize applications for mobile devices, ensuring accessibility and responsiveness across all platforms.
