Job Description
To join our team as a Senior Residential Field Specialist! You will act as a local on-site program and company representative to residential Home Performance Contractors, conduct outreach, conduct energy efficiency (re)audits, pre, and post-installation verifications, and other technical data gathering activities through a defined territory. Support Account Managers in their efforts to influence stakeholders to sell and/or install energy efficiency retrofits or new construction. Provides technical advice, guidance, and training on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement in accordance with client specifications. Troubleshoots technical problems and issues, and recommends solutions.
8+ Years:
High school or Associates Degree w/relevant industry technical certification/training preferred
Key Responsibilities:
30% Trains field staff and develops training materials and guidelines on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications.
20% Conduct quality assurance reviews and audits of residential energy efficiency upgrades that involve further complexity and analysis (on-site verifications and electronic review of field data entered into program database)
25% Provide input and status updates to program staff regarding project scope, planning and effectiveness of products Provide technical expertise to identify, analyze and resolve issues.
20% Travel throughout a defined territory
5% Misc.

$55,700.00 - $83,500.00Currency
