Brown & Brown is seeking an Automotive, RV and Marine Mechanical Claims Adjuster to join our team in Bloomington, MN!

How You Will Contribute

  • Adjudicate mechanical claims for Automotive, RV, and Marine claims.
  • Addresses questions on claims or contracts.
  • Work with Dealerships & Private Repair Centers to process claims.
  • Process claims payments and cancellation quotes.
  • Ensure that contract obligations are being fulfilled on repairs.
  • Verify proper parts pricing.
  • Verify customers are adhering to contract terms and vehicles maintained as required by the manufacturer and contract.
  • Process maintenance claims.
  • Assist supporting all incoming phone calls.
  • Assist with all incoming claims by email and app submissions.
  • Schedule repairs for ancillary claims.
  • Pursues a course of personal, professional development.
  • Other miscellaneous claims department tasks as needed daily.

Skills & Experience To Be Successful

  • Minimum education High School Diploma.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite.
  • Familiar with Adobe Acrobat
  • Exceptional telephone demeanor.
  • Efficient keyboard skills and basic computer skills.
  • Automotive, RV or Marine experience as a service writer, parts personnel, or technician.

Pay Range

$15.00 - $20.00 Hourly

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
