Job description

Job Description:

On behalf of our public sector client, Affinity is looking for a strong Sr. Business Analyst to work with the Program Manager to implement and migrate to Fusion from EBS, who has significant experience working with HR departments.


Responsibilities:

• Facilitate workshops to determine current state processes, systems, and integrations

• Requirements documentation, including both functional and nonfunctional requirements for the HRIS

• Understand Oracle Fusion functionalities and map back to how current state can evolve to future state

• Work with QA to produce test cases, test scripts, and support testing processes with the business

• Provide ongoing requirements management (baseline, updates, version controls etc.)

• Other responsibilities as required

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of business analysis experience supporting technology implementations, migrations, and integrations

• 4+ years of experience implementing HRIS systems, with at least one project being an Oracle Fusion implementation (with Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion transition being a home run)

• 4+ years of experience working directly with HR departments and staff to gather requirements related to business processes etc.

• Experience contributing to the development of RFPs

• Public sector or transportation experience (i.e. Seaspan, Ministry of Transportation etc.)

• Experience working for one of the Big 5 consulting firms considered an asset

Pay rate: $90 per hour.
