Join the Close Brothers Premium Finance Team where you will be responsible for proactively growing and managing the Close Brothers Premium Finance (CBPF) business in an allocated area, in line with company strategy and three-year plan to maximise business potential. Working as part of the Sales team our ideal team member will have previous experience in sales management with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly volume and case count targets
  • To design and implement a business plan to achieve penetration, organic growth and profitability of the allocated portfolio
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with brokers
  • Exceptional levels of broker retention by securing new contracts and proactively renewing existing to deliver sustainable profitability for Close Brothers Premium Finance.
  • Identifies opportunities to grow your broker portfolio by building new business relationships using existing industry contacts
  • Utilise planning and time management skills to service multiple brokers concurrently and meeting deadlines
  • Drive adoption of new products throughout your portfolio by presenting and demonstrating the value of our products and services to brokers
  • Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create great customer outcomes
  • To implement a structured engagement plan to maximise broker business potential and deliver market leading service inline with the elevate programme
  • Support brokers throughout the relationship, seek feedback and take responsibility for satisfaction and loyalty
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all broker matters and/or delegate to sales support colleagues
  • Assist with challenging broker requests or issue escalations as needed
  • To implement a new business strategy and drive new business acquisition within the area in line with company set targets
  • Identify and attend appropriate industry events to raise profile, create new relationships and drive engagement
  • Maintain Close Brothers Premium Finance’s compliance with all applicable regulations; this includes ensuring that Close Brothers premium Finance is always compliant with the principles of Treating Customers Fairly.



WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

  • Strong sales management experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to analyse and interpret MI at a strategic level
  • Ability to write detailed, structured reports and make recommendations based on MI
  • Ability to drive performance improvement
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Ability to manage work requests whilst working to tight timescales and maintaining high quality
