Your Main Responsibilities

  • Working closely with Functional Leads and Process/System Experts driving success journey for our customers
  • Managing the relationship with our customers and all stakeholders through the understanding of their business needs and strategic goals,
  • Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors — ensuring proper resource availability and allocation for the project,
  • Assuring flawless execution of projects - delivered on-time, within the scope, and within budget,
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility,
  • Building detailed project plan to track progress - using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs,
  • Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques,
  • Reporting progress and escalating to management as needed, as well as providing appropriate risk management,
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors,
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

What Are We Looking For

  • 5+ years of work experience as a professional Project Management,
  • Bachelor's degree,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language,
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Accountable team member able to work autonomously and with attention to detail,
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint,
  • Knowledge and experience in different project management methodologies (e.g. Agile/Scrum, Prince 2, Waterfall) and tools (e.g.: Azure Boards, Jira, MeisterTask, Zoho)
  • Additional experience in the CPG industry in the area of revenue management, sales, trade marketing, or sales support is a plus,
  • Additional experience in IT / SAP projects is a plus.
