Your Main Responsibilities

Working closely with Functional Leads and Process/System Experts driving success journey for our customers
Managing the relationship with our customers and all stakeholders through the understanding of their business needs and strategic goals,
Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors — ensuring proper resource availability and allocation for the project,
Assuring flawless execution of projects - delivered on-time, within the scope, and within budget,
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility,
Building detailed project plan to track progress - using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs,
Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques,
Reporting progress and escalating to management as needed, as well as providing appropriate risk management,
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors,
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

What Are We Looking For

5+ years of work experience as a professional Project Management,
Bachelor's degree,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language,
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
Accountable team member able to work autonomously and with attention to detail,
Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint,
Knowledge and experience in different project management methodologies (e.g. Agile/Scrum, Prince 2, Waterfall) and tools (e.g.: Azure Boards, Jira, MeisterTask, Zoho)
Additional experience in the CPG industry in the area of revenue management, sales, trade marketing, or sales support is a plus,
Additional experience in IT / SAP projects is a plus.
