DevOps Engineer - Power Apps / Dynamics 365 / Azure - UN Agency

For a UN Agency, NTT DATA is currently looking for a DevOps Engineer. to enhance and maintain the secretariats budget tool, the document template and other office products that is using VBA.

You will be responsible for:

• Produce the requested technical deliverables according to the quality standards defined for the project;
• Report progress, risks and issues to the designated work package coordinator, Project Manager and Infrastructure Unit Lead;
• Will work with an external service provider to provide the requested tasks and synch it with the Infrastructure Unit.
• Enforcement of Infrastructure standard when working with Extremal Partners.
• Supporting partners in removing blockers when interfacing with enterprise assets (Entra ID, DNS, Power Platform Licensing).
• Oversee security and user permissions, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Review partner works in implementing CI/CD pipeline, IAC and authentication architecture.
• Participation in regular project meetings and provide highlight report to stakeholders.

For this role you will need to have experience in:

• University degree in information technology, computer science or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience as a devops engineer..
• Experience in managing and administration Power Platform environments, including Dynamic CRM365, SharePoint (Online and On-Prem), Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Experience in administrating and migrating SharePoint and CRM platforms from on-premises to online.
• Experience with handle environment lifecycle management, including creation, upgrades, and decommissioning.
• Experience with build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solutions using Azure DevOps.
• Ensure consistent, automated provisioning and management of infrastructure.
• Experience in IT infrastructure management with understanding of Azure architecture and services (IaaS and PaaS solutions).
• Experience with using PowerShell scripting and Power Platform APIs for automating tasks like environment provisioning and updates.
• Experience with implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates or Terraform for Power Platform infrastructure deployments.
• Experience in developing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Basic understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Azure CLIs.
• Experience working within an Agile framework.
• Enthusiastic learner with the ability to teach and mentor teammates and cross functional partners.
