  • Working with subscription and transactional models, in-app purchases, and advertising models.
  • Managing CR2Purch, ARPU, APPU, LTV, Rebill Rate, and Cancel Rate metrics.
  • Comprehensive analysis of markets, trends, and monetization approaches.
What you’ll need:

  • Experience in developing pricing policies from scratch.
  • Solid knowledge base on experiments, with the ability to generate high-quality, validated, and diverse hypotheses, ranging from placement and wording to expanding the product and service lineup.
  • Strong analytical skills (user clustering from databases for deeper transactional data analysis, ability to build meaningful connections based on data).
  • Experience in audience segmentation (by demographics and psychology) and the ability to adapt offers accordingly.
Will be a plus:
  • Experience with payment processing, including optimizing payment success rates.
  • Monetizing personalized offerings for different GEOs.
  • Working with technical and marketing teams (e.g., user acquisition, marketing managers, SMM, etc.).
  • Experience mentoring or onboarding new team members.

  • Autonomy in testing hypotheses and making decisions.
  • Direct impact on business metrics and ownership of key metrics.
  • Opportunities for continuous growth.
