JOB TITLE: Integrator
SALARY: £70,929 - £86,691
LOCATION: London
HOURS: Full Time
WORKING PATTERN: We adopt hybrid working style which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at our London office.
About this opportunity
Our Group is at a critical juncture in driving its strategy. The Risk strategy, supported by the Prudential & Analytics (P&A) Platform, is essential for this transformation. The P&A Inbound Change Team supports other Platforms and business areas to achieve their strategic goal by collaborating closely with other Risk teams, including Risk Science and model valuation team.
We're looking for individuals who are eager to learn and capable of building relationships with a wide range of specialists across Risk and other functions to support delivery. This role involves adapting to evolving customer, market and regulatory contexts.
As part of the Prudential & Analytics Prudential Inbound Change Team, you'll manage and support the development of regulatory reporting and models through to submission to the regulator. You'll also collaborate with other labs within P&A, including analytics, data, risk models, and system infrastructure to define and support end-to-end implementation.
As an Integrator, you'll work closely with Product Owner, focusing on customer and stakeholder priorities, driving delivery and planning using JiraAlign.

What you’ll need:
Experience in delivering change in a regulatory risk environment - Managing complex change within a business area, using agile methods to adapt to new ways of working quickly and efficiently.
Experience of the prudential reporting & modelling development lifecycle,
Knowledge and/or experience in prudential regulation changes related to capital and impairment reporting and model development covering Probability of Default, Loss Given Default, Exposure at Default, IFRS9 impairment, or stress testing models.
Ability to manage complex changes and end-to-end implementation, requiring integration between multiple parties (internal and external) to ensure compliant delivery.
Strong Collaborator skills – Stakeholder management skills is a must. Using personal impact and positioning to build and sustain long-term relationships. Resolving conflict, building consensus and influencing good outcomes
